We had an incredible experience at this resort in Koh Chang! The private pool villa was absolutely fantastic, and the location right on the beach was perfect for our family. The staff was wonderful and made us feel incredibly welcome. However, the dining could be improved, especially during breakfast when the food was occasionally cold. Overall, it was a memorable stay with some minor drawbacks.
